About me
Saadia is a registered dietitian with over 10 years of experience helping people feel genuinely healthier through food that works for their body and lifestyle. With training in the low FODMAP diet from Monash University (the creators of the approach), she brings deep expertise in digestive health - as well as wide-ranging knowledge in IBD, PCOS, autoimmune conditions, mental health, and sustainable everyday eating.
What sets Saadia apart is her ability to translate complex nutrition science into clear, practical steps that clients can use in real life. She takes a truly holistic view, looking beyond diet alone to consider stress, lifestyle, and personal circumstances - empowering her clients to make changes that last.
She also offers personalised and group cooking classes in London, tailored to health conditions such as PCOS, turning nutrition advice into delicious, everyday meals.
Clients describe Saadia as both science-driven and deeply supportive - a practitioner who helps them not just improve their health, but understand it.
