About me

Are you keen to understand more about why you don't feel your best? Would you like more energy, a better relationship with food, and clarity on how to support cardiovascular and hormone health? I am here to support you.

Get in touch for a free enquiry call where we can discuss your needs and I can tell you more about how I work.

I use a Functional Medicine evidence-based approach to help my clients uncover some of the imbalances that drive symptoms and health issues. I use a wide range of testing options and can interpret existing blood tests to help support the work we do together. I am also trained in genetic testing and interpretation.

As well as hormonal and energy imbalances, I love working with people to support heart health, blood sugar imbalance and cholesterol levels.

As a food lover, my goal is to empower and support my clients, to rekindle a joy in eating, and to use food as medicine to support health.

I work with men and women on a 1:1 basis either in person or online, and have also enjoyed working in the corporate arena, delivering talks and workshops to groups of busy professionals all over Europe.

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Wheelchair user access info
Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Nutritionist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Nutritionist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

A lift is available in my Ipswich clinic, or I can request a room downstairs.
