About me

Summer Sale - Head over to www.kiwi-nutri.com

Struggling with bloating, stress around food, or unpredictable digestive symptoms? I get it, I’ve been there. In my late teens and early 20s, I dealt with ongoing digestive symptoms (such as bloating, abdominal pain, issues with bowl movements etc...), I went through countless NHS tests, and was eventually offered painkillers as the only solution. It didn’t feel like enough, so I started looking deeper, and that’s when I discovered Nutritional Therapy.

I’m Rosalie, a registered Nutritional Therapist and founder of Kiwi Nutrition. I help people take back control of their gut health so eating feels relaxed and enjoyable again, not something to worry about.

If you’re fed up with second-guessing every meal, dealing with flare-ups, or trying endless “trial and error” advice, you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I work with people who want clear answers, practical support, and real, lasting results.

How I Can Help
I take a personalised, evidence-based approach to understand what’s driving your symptoms, and then turn that into simple, realistic strategies you can stick to.

Whether you’re dealing with bloating, abdominal pain, food intolerances, or a diagnosed condition, I’ll help you move from confusion and restriction to confidence and clarity.

Many people don’t realise that gut health can also affect energy, mood, skin, hormones, and overall wellbeing. That’s why I take a whole-body approach, not just focusing on digestion, but your health as a whole.

With the right support, you can:

Understand your personal food triggers
Reduce flare-ups and discomfort
Improve digestion and food tolerance
Support your body if you’re taking GLP-1 medications
Eat without fear or overthinking
Feel calm, confident, and in control of your health

I am a Nutritional Therapist based in Glasgow - Derby & Swadlincote - www.kiwi-nutri.com

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a degree in Nutritional Therapy from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition and founded Kiwi Nutrition to support clients in getting to the root of ongoing digestive symptoms, not just managing them on the surface.

Alongside my clinical work, I previously worked as a nutritionist for Thomas Franks - a catering company, where I delivered engaging nutrition workshops and educational talks to both corporate organisations (such Adanola, Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce and PZ Cussons)  and independent schools. This experience strengthened my ability to translate evidence-based nutrition into clear, practical guidance that is accessible, relevant, and easy to apply in everyday life.

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
