PgDip NNA, RCN | Hormonal Health and Neurodivergence

About me

I'm a fully qualified and experienced Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and Registered Nurse specialising in hormonal health and neurodivergence - using science-led insights, functional testing, and nutrigenomics to uncover what your body truly needs.

How can I help you?

Due to my own history of hormonal conditions, AuADHD and Barrett's syndrome, I know how it can feel and I love helping others understand how they can support their own health.

It's so tough feeling like you don’t quite know where to go, or who to trust, when your body and brain don’t seem to be working the way everyone else’s do. Maybe you’ve been told it’s just hormones, or that’s just stress, or everyone feels like that sometimes, and yet you know something deeper is going on for you. Or maybe its for your child, who's just seen as "the naughty one".

If you’re navigating hormonal challenges especially alongside being Neurodivergent, it can feel even more confusing and isolating. Your nervous system may respond more intensely. Your energy, focus, sleep, and mood may fluctuate in ways that don’t fit neat medical boxes. And on top of that, you might be trying to hold down work, relationships, family life, or just get through the day without burning out.

With empathy and steady support, I guide you toward sustainable nutrition and lifestyle shifts that honour your unique story, biology and personal goals.

My approach

Clients have come to me feeling unsure where to turn, and have left saying they felt cared for, supported, guided, with much more clarity on what can help to manage their symptoms better.

I want you to know this: you’re not broken, and you’re not imagining it. What you’re experiencing is real, it makes sense in your body, and you deserve support that actually understands both your Neurodivergent mind and your hormones. You don’t have to figure this out alone. I’m here to help you make sense of what’s happening and find a way forward that feels doable, compassionate, and genuinely supportive of who you or your child is.

What to expect in your first session

Before your first session, I’ll send you a detailed health questionnaire to complete. This gives me a really thorough picture of your health history, lifestyle, symptoms, and goals. I’ll review this carefully ahead of our appointment, alongside any relevant blood test results you already have.

During our session, we’ll go through everything together. I also carry out observational assessments such as iridology, nail analysis, and tongue assessment, which can offer additional insight into nutritional status, digestion, stress patterns, and overall vitality.

From there, I’ll dig deeper connecting the dots between your symptoms, history, and test results to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface. Based on this, I’ll create a personalised health plan tailored specifically to you, your body, and your lifestyle.

  • If needed, I may also recommend further functional or diagnostic testing.

Testimonials:

Great reproductive nurse and overall health practitioner. Richelle is a great reproductive nurse, naturopath and health advisor. She loves to get into the details. Working with Richelle has not only helped my fertility journey, but my overall health. Richelle is a great team member. I have really felt the power of her support, not just reviewing all of my health indicators and finding the right plan for me, but also like a kind friend giving moral support. Richelle has suggested changes that I've never come across in my reading, and has made a huge impact on my gastro health (which was not great). A huge added (unexpected) benefit. If you want to get to the root cause of the problem, which most doctors are not really looking for - work with Richelle.

Richelle is absolutely incredible!! So patient, kind and so attentive with me during my fertility and pregnancy journey. She recommended amazing products which really helped me and eased my stress. I needed someone to ‘hold my hand’ through all the questions I had, and she did just that. Thank you so much!!x

M.Charly
Outstanding support and guidance. Richelle was such a caring, attentive and responsive practitioner. She really listened and made me feel as though we were on the journey to wellness together. Dealing with a sensitive health issue can be such an isolating experience but with Richelle I felt supported, seen and held all the way through. She took the time to ask all of the right questions and listened to my answers in order to give the most accurate, expert advice and guidance. Before coming to her I felt so anxious and alone with my issue but thanks to Richelle I feel so much more confident and am now on the road to recovery, feeling more positive, healthy and hopeful than I have in months! Genuinely couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Would give her 10 stars if I could!
