About me
I specialise in gut health, supporting busy people struggling with ongoing digestive symptoms such as bloating, reflux and inconsistent digestion.
Many of my clients are managing demanding jobs, high stress levels, juggling family and low energy alongside persistent digestive discomfort. Symptoms can feel unpredictable and disruptive - affecting focus, confidence and enjoyment of food.
I take a structured, root-cause approach to identify what may be driving symptoms, exploring digestive function, diet and lifestyle, stress patterns, meal timing and blood sugar balance. I create personalised, practical plans designed to fit into busy lives.
Clients often report calmer digestion, steadier energy, improved focus and greater confidence around food - without worry about triggering symptoms.
Having experienced persistent digestive symptoms alongside high stress and burnout myself, I understand how disruptive they can be, particularly when you’re trying to perform well at work and in life! My goal is to help you achieve more stable digestion, fewer flare-ups and reliable energy so you can feel your very best.
I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist (BANT, CNHC) offering online consultations across the UK.

The Health Challenges that Shaped my Work
Over a decade ago, I was diagnosed with health issues and was dealing with daily symptoms that made life feel harder than it should be - bloating, fluctuating energy, a constant wired-but-tired feeling that left me struggling to fall asleep or stay asleep. My blood sugar was all over the place, I felt foggy, overwhelmed, and completely out of sync with myself!
At the time, I didn’t realise how much my fast-paced lifestyle, stressful job and food choices were contributing to how I felt. I kept pushing through, and feeling rubbish slowly became my new normal. Traditional approaches provided little relief.
Everything changed when I started working with a nutritional therapist who helped me eat and live differently. It wasn’t just a new way of eating - it was a complete lifestyle shift, and it was absolutely worth it! Through gut healing, nervous system support, and targeted nutrition, I experienced a profound transformation in my health.
Today, I’m mostly symptom-free, positive, and living the life I was meant to live. That journey is what fuels my work now - to help others break free from digestive troubles, feel energised and confident in their daily lives.
