About me

I specialise in all things relating to gut health and digestion.  I believe the key to optimal health is a healthy gut and this often impacts other health conditions.

I support people in living free from symptoms such as bloating, abdominal discomfort... and help them feel excited and confident about taking control over their health.

I offer comprehensive health assessments, personalised nutritional, lifestyle and supplement programmes including clinical testing advice and analysis.

I get to the root cause of what is driving a client's symptoms and/or health issues.

I support you to make healthier choices so you reach your individual goals and create a healthy happy life.

You can visit my website www.longtailnutrition.co.uk to learn more about how I work and the packages I offer.

I offer a complimentary call to explore how I can help you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine and over 300 hours of clinical experience.

I am a member of British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and registered with Complementary and Natural Health Council (CNHC).

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Further information

I work closely with my clients to move towards living symptom free and feel their best.

I offer packages to help support clients in making lasting changes over time.

Each package includes:

  • A comprehensive pre consultation health questionnaire
  • An initial health consultation via zoom covering medical and family history, symptoms, current diet and lifestyle
  • Analysis of one set of previous or current blood tests
Personalised nutritional, lifestyle and supplement plan with clinical testing advice
  • Personalised coaching to support new food choices and create new habits
  • Nutritional and lifestyle education and guidance
  • Food and symptom diary feedback and support
  • Recipes to support your personalised plan (if appropriate)
  • Clinical testing and interpretation is at an additional cost

I have recovered from two chronic health conditions and understand the guidance that is needed to rebuild health and transform yourself from surviving to thriving.

While the mechanisms and magic of what food does for our bodies is complex, I believe nutrition does not have to be complicated.

I have a realistic and down-to-earth approach to making nutritional changes, and the advice I offer is highly effective and evidence-based.
