About me
I specialise in all things relating to gut health and digestion. The gut plays a crucial role in overall health, influencing digestion, nutrient absorption, immune function, and even mental well-being.
As a specialist in gut health, my expertise involves understanding the complex interactions between the gut microbiota, the intestinal barrier, the immune system, and various dietary and lifestyle factors. My knowledge and skills can help you manage and alleviate symptoms related to gut conditions, improve gut health through personalised interventions, and work towards overall well-being.
If you have any specific questions related to gut conditions or if you'd like to discuss any particular aspect of gut health further, feel free to contact me. My knowledge and experience in this area can provide valuable insights and guidance for individuals looking to optimise their gut health and address gut-related concerns.
I offer comprehensive health assessments, targeted nutritional interventions, lifestyle and supplement programmes. I also advise on clinical testing advice and I am trained in test analysis and interpretation.
