About me
Hello, I’m Rebecca, a Registered Nutritionist. I work with busy professionals in their 30s and 40s to break free from digestive troubles and feel more energetic, focused, and perform at their best in all areas of life - without restrictive diets or confusion about what to eat.
Do you feel anxious about meals, wondering if they’ll trigger symptoms? Perhaps you've been told you have a digestive condition, advised to try the low FODMAP diet, or you've already cut out gluten but the bloating, discomfort, and fatigue still persist. You are eating healthy food and exercising but you’re still not feeling your best. Maybe your digestion is unpredictable, your energy’s up and down, or you find it hard to focus and switch off at the end of the day. If your symptoms are getting in the way of fully enjoying life, feeling confident in your body, or performing at your best - this doesn’t have to be your ‘new normal.’
As their health improves, my clients often notice their digestion improves, they feel energetic, their mind feels calmer and clearer, and they experience brighter skin, better sleep, and more enjoyment of food.
I cut through conflicting health advice and provide clear and practical suggestions to implement. You’ll get a supportive, judgment-free space and ongoing personalised support to help you stay on track and reach your health goals - so you can feel amazing from the inside out.
Feel good from the inside out - without restriction, stress, or overwhelm.
