About me
I enjoy helping people reconnect with how food and lifestyle choices might be influencing how they are feeling, affecting both their physical and mental health.
I offer one-to-one nutritional therapy consultations helping people to improve their health and sense of well-being and ways in which they can manage specific health conditions, including thyroid problems, gut health and hormonal imbalances.
Many people are struggling to try to eat a healthy diet and maintain a healthy weight. My approach is to guide people away from dieting towards finding a way in which they can maintain their health with sustainable food and lifestyle choices and feel fit and full of energy.
I also offer functional testing and interpretation both of which can help get to the root cause of symptoms and allow for more targeted solutions.

Further information
I have found that working together to make significant changes can take time and motivation and therefore have found packages to be more successful than one-off consultations.
I can offer bespoke sessions or packages for individual clients so please contact me to discuss ways in which I could work with you.
