About me

I enjoy helping people reconnect with how food and lifestyle choices might be influencing the way that they are feeling and how it could be affecting both their physical and mental health.

I offer one-to-one nutritional therapy consultations helping people to improve their health and find ways in which they can manage specific health conditions. Some of the health conditions that can be supported with nutrition and lifestyle changes include gut health issues, immune issues, thyroid conditions and hormonal imbalances.

Many people are struggling to try to eat a nourishing diet and maintain a healthy weight.  My approach is to guide people away from dieting towards finding a way in which they can maintain their health with sustainable food and lifestyle choices and feel fit and full of energy.

I also offer functional and genetic testing which can assist in getting to the root cause of symptoms and allow for more targeted solutions.
