1st consultation
The initial or first consultation will take between 45 mins – 1hr. I will explore the client health questionnaire in more detail with you as well as gaining a better understanding of your or your child’s health history, diet diary, health symptoms and concerns. From here we shall look at where you want to go and what you want to achieve.

We can then work out an agreed plan and if appropriate, we shall reach some mutual goals for you or your family to fit around your lifestyle.

Each goal is designed to be time-specific, manageable and focused. This is the best way to reach the desired goals that make a change and last.

Follow up consultations

“I found the fussy eating workshop really helpful as it provided me with strategies to help my son overcome fussy eating. I felt supported and listened to by Penelope, who understood the difficulties I faced”. THANK YOU!

“I have recently taken part in a workshop led by Penelope on nutrition and the immune system. It was very interesting and I learnt the benefits that different food groups provide and how to include them into my diet. We looked at eating habits and portion sizes. I was provided with very useful links that will help me to use the knowledge I gained. I would certainly recommend this workshop to anybody interested in ways to gain an understanding of different food benefits and ways to introduce them into your meals“.
