The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
The Naturopathic Nutrition Association was formed by a group of Nutritional Therapists who passionately believe in the benefits of the naturopathic approach to nutrition. By working alongside a UK regulatory body for Naturopathy and other naturopathically-minded professional associations, the NNA aims to both promote to the public the benefits of naturopathic nutrition and encourage Nutritional Therapists to develop further therapeutic skills.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

info Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
Fees
£80.00 per session
Additional information
Initial consultation (90-120 Minutes) £80 without written report/£160 with written report and meal plan
Once your appointment is booked, I will send you an invoice and a comprehensive health and dietary questionnaire. This allows me to gain a thorough understanding of your health history, current concerns, and lifestyle. Please fill in the form 1–2 days before your consultation so I can carefully review your information and prepare for our time together.
We will discuss your main concerns, dietary habits, lifestyle factors, and any patterns that may be contributing to your symptoms. Using a holistic naturopathic approach, I may incorporate assessment tools such as tongue, iris, and nail analysis. Where appropriate, I may also recommend specific functional testing to help identify underlying imbalances and monitor your progress.
If necessary and always with your consent, I may suggest liaising with your GP for further investigations to ensure you receive fully integrated care.
Following our discussion, I will provide clear, practical, and tailored recommendations designed to support your body’s natural healing processes. Together, we will agree on an achievable action plan that feels realistic and sustainable for you. Your personalised plan will be provided in writing, so you feel confident and supported every step of the way. I strongly believe in working collaboratively. I am very happy to liaise with any healthcare professionals you are currently seeing and encourage you to keep them informed of any nutritional or lifestyle changes you make.
Clients with medical insurance via HealthShield may be able to claim back the costs for Nutritional Therapy consultation (please check with insurer).
Follow-Up Appointments (50–60 Minutes) £75
A follow-up consultation is usually recommended after 4–6 weeks (or sooner, if needed). This gives your body time to respond to the changes we’ve introduced and allows us to properly assess how you’re feeling.
During your session, we will explore the progress you’ve made, celebrate what’s working well, and talk through any areas you may have found more challenging. We will also review any new symptoms, evolving health goals, or changes in circumstances. From there, we will thoughtfully refine and “tweak” your programme, taking a supportive step-by-step approach that feels manageable and sustainable. My aim is to help you continue moving steadily towards improved health, greater balance, and renewed vitality.
Between appointments, email and telephone support is available if you need guidance or reassurance; you won’t be left to navigate things on your own. Together, we’ll continue building positive, lasting changes at a pace that feels right.
Digestive health & food allergies and intolerance testing
Many of my clients are surprised when I ask one of the most important questions during their consultation: Is the problem the food itself, or how well your digestive system is processing it? Both play a vital role in overall health. This is why, when working with clients, I always explore diet and digestive function in detail.
Testing can be extremely helpful in refining a nutrition plan that is truly tailored to your individual needs. However, it is important to understand that food allergies and food intolerances are very different, and recognising these distinctions is essential before undertaking any form of testing. Choosing the correct test ensures you receive accurate and meaningful results that can genuinely support your health.
