I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition from the University of Westminster and the author of Nourishment Before Conception. My practice focuses on fertility, pre-conception health, pregnancy and postnatal nutrition, alongside general wellness and weight management. Based in Buckhurst Hill, I work closely with clients to develop personalised, practical nutrition strategies that support their health goals and fit naturally into their everyday lives. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with realistic, sustainable changes designed to improve long-term health and wellbeing.

Every journey with me begins with a one-hour initial consultation. Before the session, I ask clients to complete a detailed intake form, which provides valuable insights into diet, lifestyle, and health history. During the appointment, I take time to explore specific dietary concerns, review a 24-hour food recall, and set clear, achievable goals together.
Follow-up sessions, lasting 45 minutes, are usually scheduled 4–5 weeks later. These sessions are an opportunity to track progress, fine-tune the nutrition plan, and provide ongoing guidance and encouragement.
This thoughtful, step-by-step process ensures that every plan I create is not only fully tailored but also realistic, practical, and rooted in the client’s real-life needs.
