Nadja qualified in 1997 at Barbara Wren's College of Natural Nutrition practising in Winchelsea covering Rye, Hastings, surrounding areas and South West London.

Diet is one of the principles of Yoga and Nadja offers private tuition.

The Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners is the fastest growing body for practitioners of nutritional therapy in the UK. There are two types of membership: Full Member and Student Member.

Members must be insured, and agree to abide by the FNTP Code of Professional Conduct & Ethics and the Disciplinary & Complaints Procedure.
