Nadja qualified in 1997 at Barbara Wren's College of Natural Nutrition practising in Winchelsea covering Rye, Hastings, surrounding areas and South West London.

Diet is one of the principles of Yoga and Nadja offers private tuition.

£85 for 1 hour for initial consultation.

£65 for follow up consultations.
