About us

Welcome to My Nutrition Balance!

I’m Ines, a Clinical Specialist Dietitian based in the UK, offering personalised, evidence-based nutrition support to clients around the world. As an Italian/Moroccan, my passion for food and the joy of balanced eating has shaped my approach to nutrition: I believe that nourishing your body should also be enjoyable. Whether you’re looking to balance your hormones, eating healthy on a budget, supplement guidance, have started a weight-loss injection, or want to boost your energy and mental clarity, I create tailored nutrition plans designed specifically for your needs.

With over three years of experience in both the NHS and private sector, I specialise in diabetes and weight management for adults and children. I also support individuals with coeliac disease, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and have a particular passion for women’s hormonal health, fertility, and overall wellbeing. As part of my weight management support, I review nutrition patterns to help clients maintain diet quality and muscle mass throughout their journey with weight-loss medications like Mounjaro or Ozempic.

My approach is compassionate and client-centred. Each consultation is shaped around your personal goals, and I aim to provide a supportive, confidential, and non-judgmental environment. Being multilingual, I also offer culturally sensitive nutrition guidance in English, Italian, and Arabic.

Let’s Begin! Whether you’re looking to improve your health or elevate your team’s wellness, I’m here to create a plan for lasting change.

Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

We have verified that at least one professional at this organisation is registered with the relevant professional body.
