About me
Hello, I’m Monika, a qualified Nutritional Therapist supporting women who feel tired, bloated, hormonally out of balance, stressed, or not like themselves.
Many of the women I work with have already tried to improve their health. They may be eating well, taking supplements, cutting out certain foods, or following advice they have found online, yet still feel that something is not quite right. Some have been told their test results look “normal”, but they continue to struggle with low energy, digestive symptoms, poor sleep, mood changes, or hormonal concerns.
My role is to help you make sense of what your body may be trying to tell you.
I take a personalised, whole-person approach, looking at the bigger picture behind your symptoms. This may include your digestion, hormones, energy levels, sleep, stress, food intake, lifestyle, health history, and nutrient status. Where appropriate, I may also use functional laboratory testing to gain deeper insight and help guide your plan.
My approach is practical, calm, and supportive. I do not believe in quick fixes, restrictive diets, or random supplement routines. Instead, I help you understand what may be contributing to your symptoms and create a clear, realistic plan that fits into your life.
You will be supported with personalised nutrition advice, lifestyle guidance, targeted supplementation where needed, and step-by-step support so that you feel less overwhelmed and more confident about your health.
If you are tired of guessing and would like support that feels personal, clear, and considered, I would be very happy to help.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist with a three-year diploma in Nutrition, alongside additional professional training in dietetics, HTMA and functional nutrition. I also hold a bachelor’s and master’s degree, which have strengthened my research skills, analytical thinking, and ability to look at health concerns from a broad and thoughtful perspective.
I have completed additional training in functional and integrative nutrition, including the interpretation of functional laboratory testing in areas such as gut health, hormones, nutrient status, metabolic health, and mineral balance.
I continue to invest in professional development so the support I offer remains current, clinically relevant, and tailored to each client.
I am fully insured and committed to providing a high standard of professional, personalised care.
