About me

I am a nutritional therapist, functional medicine practitioner and health coach. I see clients face to face in a lovely central St Albans clinic.

I believe in working out the underlying cause of your health issues and nourishing you back to health using nutrition, supplements and lifestyle improvements.

I always aim to meet you where you are and improve your health and your life by teaching you how, when, why and how to eat for your individual health needs.

I often work with clients with gut issues, weight loss, hormonal imbalances and other health concerns. I also enjoy working with clients who are looking to prevent health issues, require advice regarding sports nutrition and those who want to optimise their health and wellbeing.

I have a nutritional medicine degree BSc that includes functional medicine training.

Health coaching qualification from Know Your Own Health.

15 years experience in a clinic working with clients from all over the world from children to the elderly and everything in between.

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
