About me

Hello! I am a personal nutrition consultant practising within Fit for Life NI, a holistic healthcare practice based in Holywood, Northern Ireland. I offer clients one-to-one nutrition consultations for weight loss, vegetarian/vegan health, endurance sport, wellbeing, and much more.

My approach to nutritional support for weight loss focuses on behaviour change and helping my clients to form new eating habits and develop healthier relationships with food. I do not prescribe calorie counting, food weighing or any other strategies that you might find in 'traditional' weight-loss programs.

At your initial consultation, we will discuss your health and lifestyle background in-depth, and I will identify the areas of your diet where we can make changes together to improve your health. We will focus on the most impactful areas first, and I will support you in developing new habits and routines around these particular areas. We will then gradually add in more diet and lifestyle changes over time, ensuring that your new habits are well-established within your daily and weekly routine. You will have access to as much support from me as you need whilst we work together, with weekly check-ins and on-hand advice via email at any time throughout your treatment. My goal is to provide you with a new framework for eating and living that you can use to keep yourself healthy for years to come!

I am also a specialist in vegetarian and vegan nutrition, as well as nutritional supplementation for health and performance.

In-person consultations are available at the Fit for Life NI Clinic at Bannatyne Health Club in Holywood, NI. Online consultations by video call are also available.
