I can help you with your Hormonal Imbalances
If you have been diagnosed or you feel you suffer with hormonal imbalances; or you have just stopped the contraception pill or thinking about it, I am here to help you. I will support you in finding the root cause of your symptoms and create a personalised plan with aim for you to live the life you deserve.
Do you experience:
- Heavy periods?
- Mood changes, feeling irritable and tired and cravings?
- Frequent bloating?
- Having trouble falling asleep and/or staying asleep?
- Feeling exhausted all the time with coffee being your daily savour?
- Weight gain especially around the middle which you can’t lose despite your efforts?
- Fear about your fertility?
If you answered Yes to any of the above, it is time to get the support you need.
I focus on the whole person. This means that I try to find a root cause of your health problems by taking a holistic viewpoint assessing your diet, lifestyle, work/life balance, your purpose in the world, toxicity at home, underlying nutritional deficiencies, sleep and relaxation, ongoing stress and more. This all plays into our general health and wellbeing.
- I use a functional and integrative approach to address the root causes of your symptoms.
- I look at you and your body as a whole rather than focusing on one body system.
- We work together to find out why you are not feeling your best.
- No strict diets but nutrition plans put together to fit you and your lifestyle.
- No one size fits all so my advice is tailored for you and only you.
I struggled with my own health issues as long as I remember especially in my late 20s and early 30s. On top of it all I was striving to be a perfectionist at all aspects in my life, having no boundaries, burning the candle at both ends. I also worked in a corporate world, never giving myself time to rest and see that my health was deteriorating.
After years of restrictive diets, contraception pill, sleepless nights and being completely burned out, I decided to take control of my health by adopting a holistic approach changing my food and lifestyle habits. I also worked on managing my stress. My symptoms improved and I realised how passionate I became to teach other women how to support their health to thrive in life.
I received my training through College of Naturopathic Medicine, but I continue my education to keep up to date all hormones related making sure my advice is always up to date. I am also committed to evidence-based nutrition so I would never recommend anything which has not been scientifically proven and tested. You are in safe hands.
My mission is to give you tools which will support you at working with your body rather than being at war with it.

Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

"I'd highly recommend Marzena, I went to her feeling exhausted, tired and quite worried. I was suffering with perimenopause symptoms and Marzena was incredibly thorough, she not only looked into my diet but extensive health and personal background, it felt like I was being listened to and she guided me towards some easy tweaks into my diet and prescribed several supplements to support me. I no longer have massive afternoon slumps and I'm starting to feel more like myself again. I'm continuing treatment with Marzena and looking forward to tweaking my diet and lifestyle further."
