About me
I can help you with your Hormonal Imbalances
Do you experience:
- Mood changes, feeling irritable and tired and having cravings?
- Frequent bloating?
- Weight gain, especially around the middle, which you can’t lose despite your efforts?
- Wanting to know more about your fertility options?
If you answered Yes to any of the above, it is time to get the support you need.
If you have been diagnosed or you feel you suffer with hormonal imbalances, I am here to help you. I will support you in finding the root cause of your symptoms and create a personalised plan with the aim for you to live the life you deserve.
My approach:
I focus on the whole person. This means that I try to find a root cause of your health problems by taking a holistic viewpoint assessing your diet, lifestyle, work/life balance, your purpose in the world, toxicity at home, underlying nutritional deficiencies, sleep and relaxation, ongoing stress and more. This all plays into our general health and wellbeing.
- I use a functional and integrative approach to address the root causes of your symptoms.
- I look at you and your body as a whole rather than focusing on one body system.
- We work together to find out why you are not feeling your best.
- No strict diets but nutrition plans put together to fit you and your lifestyle.
- No one size fits all so my advice is tailored for you and only you.
About Me
Hi, I’m Marzena - a registered Nutritional Therapist supporting women in balancing their hormones naturally, so they can feel energised, emotionally steady, and at ease in their bodies again.
My work is deeply personal.
For as long as I can remember, I struggled with my own health. At the same time, I was living in constant “push mode” - striving for perfection, saying yes to everything, ignoring my own limits, and working in the corporate world without allowing myself real rest. My body was quietly asking for help, and I wasn’t listening.
Years of severe pain, restrictive diets, sleepless nights, and chronic stress eventually led to complete burnout. That moment became a turning point. I chose to stop fighting my body and instead learn how to support it - through nourishment, lifestyle changes, stress regulation, and a truly holistic approach to health.
As my symptoms began to improve, something shifted. I realised how powerful it is when a woman understands her body instead of fearing it. That’s when my passion for women’s hormonal health truly began.
I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and the University of Portsmouth as a registered Nutritional Therapist, and I continue to deepen my education to stay up to date with the latest research in hormonal health, perimenopause, and women’s physiology. My work is always evidence-based - I will never recommend anything that isn’t scientifically supported or appropriate for your individual situation.
Today, I support women who are tired of being told that pain, fatigue, mood swings, or irregular cycles are “just part of being a woman.” I help you understand what your body is communicating and give you tools to work with it - not against it.
My mission is to help you create health with calm, clarity, and compassion - so your life can feel bigger, lighter, and more yours again.
