About me
Hi, I'm Martina. I take a personalised, holistic approach to nutrition, exploring your health concerns, medical history and current medicines alongside your nutrition, stress levels, movement and sleep.
My approach is food-first, but I also use testing and supplements where appropriate.
I like to see clients every 1–2 weeks, as ongoing support is an important part of my approach. Regular sessions give us the opportunity to review your progress, make adjustments to your plan and work through challenges as they arise.
Book a free call via my website, martinafraneynutrition.co.uk, to discuss the support you're looking for and learn more about my approach.
