About me

My name is Lucy and I help busy overwhelmed men and women get back to health. I offer 1-1 or online personalised consultations in Nutritional Therapy using a functional medicine approach to explore the root cause of your issues. I specialise in energy and digestion - perhaps you are troubled with bloating and painful gut, you suspect a food intolerance, or your thyroid test came back normal but you feel like something is still wrong? All you can think about is sleep?

Is your weight getting out of control, your hormones seem out of control,  you just can't sleep or have enough energy to get through the day? Mood issues getting you down? I also specialise in Hashimoto's - the autoimmune version of an underactive thyroid. I recently reversed my Hashimoto's having suffered for over 20 years and am feeling better than ever!

Using nutrition and life style interventions and sometimes supplements where appropriate – we can set you on a path of getting back to health. Everyone deserves to live their best life!

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
