Hi, I'm Lisa, a Registered Dietitian based in Hampshire. I offer online and in person consultations in the Hampshire and surrounding areas.
With many years of experience, I cover a diverse area of nutrition. I am passionate about providing evidence-based advice, specifically tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Supporting you as an individual and working together to implement a bespoke plan is my key focus, ensuring the best for your health and well-being.
I am HCPC registered and have a wide range of practical experience through my work in both acute hospitals and the community covering everything from Eating Disorders in children and Teenagers to Oncology dietetic support.
I am also available to speak at events, deliver training, and write for online magazines.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
