I’m Lisa Picken, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach. I help women in midlife calm their digestion, balance their hormones, and rediscover their sparkle - so you can feel energised, comfortable, and confident again.
Many of the women I work with are dealing with more than just hot flushes, mood swings, and stubborn weight gain - they also feel less comfortable in their bodies and unsure what foods truly support them. These often go hand in hand with hormonal changes, leaving you feeling even more uncomfortable and unsure what to eat - and what to wear!
My approach is all about cutting through the confusion, making food simple again, and giving you practical, realistic steps that fit your lifestyle. You’ll discover how to balance your hormones naturally, calm your digestion, and eat in a way that supports your body - without endless restrictions, calorie counting, or spending hours in the kitchen.
I’ve also been through my own journey to balance my hormones in midlife, and chose to manage my symptoms naturally without HRT. This experience means I truly understand what you’re going through, and I know first-hand how powerful nutrition and lifestyle changes can be.

The Naturopathic Nutrition Association was formed by a group of Nutritional Therapists who passionately believe in the benefits of the naturopathic approach to nutrition. By working alongside a UK regulatory body for Naturopathy and other naturopathically-minded professional associations, the NNA aims to both promote to the public the benefits of naturopathic nutrition and encourage Nutritional Therapists to develop further therapeutic skills.
