About me
Are you suffering with problems related to blood sugar, hormonal issues, stress, gut problems such as I.B.S. or SIBO , food sensitivity or feeling overweight?
I'm Nutritional and Holistic Therapist with over 12 years of experience helping my clients with issues such as gut health, weight loss, hormonal imbalances, and P.C.O.S.
HOW CAN I HELP YOU?
I take an individual approach to your health, seeking to treat the underlying causes of health problems rather than just the symptoms, using my knowledge of nutrition and natural supplements. Treatment plans are then bespoke and unique to your specific needs. These include meal plans.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR FIRST SESSION?
Your first session will be 90 minutes and is very relaxed and using my detailed consultation form I will ask you questions regarding all of your body systems from digestive to cardiovascular to ascertain where the issues may arisen as well as looking at your current food diary. Physical health checks are also made.
I'm also able to provide food sensitivity testing which is a simple pin prick blood test with results will be ready within an hour!
I chose to train in nutrition following on from my own health conditions. Having suffered from P.C.O.S, yeast infection and fertility problems and after doing some research on these conditions, I sought alternative advice through a nutritionist. Through a process of diet and elimination I saw huge benefits and was helped greatly with my conditions so wished to provide this same service to help others.
As a holistic therapist, I am also a qualified reflexologist which I have found to be a useful add on for nutrition. Appointments can be arranged via zoom or skype for those further afield. I look forward to assisting you with your health journey.
You can easily schedule a free discovery call here. Or, if you have any questions or would like to book a session, you can call me on 07971 640939 or send an email.
