About me
Hi I'm Lisa a qualified nutritional therapist and kinesiologist.
I work with people to gently restore the body back to a state of balance and find the root cause of any symptoms experienced. I believe our bodies have an innate ability to heal given the right supportive environment.
Naturopathic nutrition takes into consideration a person's genetic makeup, life stage, and individual nutritional requirements. Functional testing and DNA testing may help give a clearer picture of what is happening in the body at this time. All clients receive personalised plans based on their individual needs. We are all unique so a healthy diet and lifestyle may be different for everyone of us.
I work 1:1 with people in-person and online. I use kinesiology in my practice which allow us to test for food sensitivities, find the right supplements for your body, find supportive flower essences, go deeper into emotional patterns/belief systems and look at anything that may be holding you back from achieving optimal health. Kinesiology can be used online too and plans will include a variety of lifestyle changes, supplements, kinesiology techniques and food recommendations. I do not write meal plans but recipes may be given.
I will work with you to set realistic and achievable goals that fit into your life. I hold a supportive and non judgemental space to help you throughout your health journey.
