About me
Hi I'm Lisa a qualified nutritional therapist.
Nutritional therapy is suitable for anyone looking to improve their overall diet, address the root cause of disease, or take a preventative approach to health. Nutritional therapists work to bring the body back into balance. Naturally, our bodies are always trying to find a healthy balance. We are all different so a healthy diet and lifestyle may be different for everyone of us.
Naturopathic nutrition takes into consideration a person's genetic makeup, life stage, and individual nutritional requirements. Functional testing and DNA testing may be recommended, and clients receive personalised plans based on their individual needs.
Based on the information you provide I can design an individualised nutrition plan to optimise your health and wellness. I believe in taking a holistic approach to nutrition and will work with you to set realistic and achievable goals that fit into your life. I will support you throughout your journey offering accountability and encouragement so that you can reach and maintain optimal health.
I focus on each person as an individual and create a personalised plan based on what your body needs right now. I aim to bring the body back into a balanced state by optimising nutrition, correcting any insufficiencies of vitamins and minerals, and looking at overall lifestyle.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained at the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine and have additional DNA life certification.
I am a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and regulated by the General Naturopathic Council (GNC).
I engage in continued professional development to stay updated with the latest research in the field.

The ANP is a professional Association representing Naturopathic Therapists. They are internationally connected and in touch with the politics of health and the safeguarding of natural therapies.
All ANP members have had to have undertaken an accredited course and abide to the ANP code of ethics to be accepted into the association.
