About me
Hello I’m Lianne.
I passionately believe the more we know about how food impacts our health and the more we understand the reasons behind our food choices, the more motivated and empowered we are to follow sustainable, long term changes.
My aim is to educate, motivate and coach you on your journey to better health and vitality through nutrition. I want you to share my philosophy that healthy eating can also be practical and appetising.
TESTIMONIALS
"Lianne was very thorough and explanatory with her advice but in an easy to digest manner. She explained what foods I should be eating but more importantly in what combinations and how to eat them. The use of a food diary was particularly helpful along with her on going support as this helped me make the necessary changes to my diet and lifestyle in what at first seemed an overwhelming task.
As an unexpected bonus I lost a stone of excess weight, significantly decreased my aches, pains and generally felt overall healthier and 10 years younger"
“Armed with Lianne’s advice, suggestions and recipes, I’ve been changing old habits and implementing now ones. I noticed the difference in my energy levels quickly. Knowledge is power and I feel more in charge of my diet which enables me to feel healthier, more positive and lighter. Thank you Lianne”

Further information
My clinic is close to all major bus routes and roads (A127, A13).
The Leigh Clinic is just off the Broadway in Leigh on Sea. Leigh is a bustling, busy town with a variety of different shops, restaurants and cafe's. There is a post office, library, bookshop and a great health food shop. So if you have time before or after your appointment, it is a nice place to have a look around.
Just a word about parking. If your appointment is an early one you may be able to park on the street, if not, there is a large car park opposite (behind the old police station).
