About me

Specialism: Type 1 & Type 2 Diabetes | Fat Loss | Blood Glucose Management

I'm a Registered Diabetes Dietitian with over 20 years of personal experience living with type 1 diabetes, alongside my clinical role as a National DAFNE Training Development Lead within the NHS.

I work with people who have type 1 or type 2 diabetes and want to lose body fat without the daily disruption of hypos, unpredictable blood glucose swings, or generic advice that doesn't account for insulin.

Rather than trying to change everything at once, we start by identifying the one or two things having the biggest impact on your progress, and focus there first. This keeps things simple and avoids overwhelm.

My approach combines personalised nutrition planning with practical, day-to-day management strategies - built around your own data, lifestyle, and goals, not a one-size-fits-all template. Support includes weekly check-ins and direct access between sessions via messenger, so changes can be reviewed and adjusted as you go.

The aim isn't just to help you reach your goal - it's to help you understand your own nutrition and lifestyle well enough to maintain it independently, long after coaching ends.

I understand the realities of managing diabetes because I live with it myself, and I bring that alongside my professional training as a dietitian.

I offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you engage fully with your personalised programme and aren't happy with your results, I'll refund you in full.

Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001. Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
