One to One Consultations
All the health programmes I offer are based on one to one consultations, where I carry out in depth analysis of your diet and lifestyle and provide solutions. Before an initial consultation I will ask you to fill out a Nutrition questionnaire, which allows me to better understand and research your case. After each consultation you will receive a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, based on the latest science.

Diagnostic Testing
I work with world leading laboratories, which provide diagnostic testing to pinpoint nutritional deficiencies and biochemical imbalances.

Targeted Supplementation
High quality supplements are recommended in order to plug nutrient deficiencies and support the body’s natural processes, such as digestion, absorption, detoxification and hormone balance.

Farmer’s Market/Supermarket Tours
As part of some of my packages, I offer tours at your local farmer's market or supermarket where you will learn where to find the food that is contained in your diet plan, how to read food labels and how to prepare healthy and tasty recipes!

Nutrition Talks and Seminars
I hold speaking engagements in group settings, which educate you on the many facets of a healthy diet and lifestyle.
