About me
I'm Kathryn, a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and Holistic Therapist, and full member of the FNTP, NNA and FHT. Through my practice, Matter of Clarity, I specialise in supporting women aged 40 and beyond to support those navigating the very real physical, hormonal and emotional shifts that midlife brings.
Using naturopathic principles, I look at the root causes of imbalance whether that's hormonal fluctuations, fatigue, digestive changes, or simply feeling unlike yourself and combine this with holistic therapies to create a truly integrated, personalised approach to your wellbeing.
This inside-out and outside-in combination means your nutrition and your body are supported together, helping you move through midlife not just coping, but genuinely thriving.

The Naturopathic Nutrition Association was formed by a group of Nutritional Therapists who passionately believe in the benefits of the naturopathic approach to nutrition.
