About me
Since 2006, I’ve been helping individuals and families transform their health through personalised nutrition with an evidence-based, functional medicine approach. With kindness, compassion, and a wealth of clinical experience, I combine practical nutrition guidance supported where necessary by functional testing and high-quality supplements to create tailored strategies that truly work. Everyone is unique so I offer a flexible & collaborative approach, with no pre-designed packages, no up-front financial layout and no rules about how many consultations you must have.
I support people of all ages, working extensively with both adults and children facing a wide range of health challenges, such as: digestive symptoms and conditions (including IBD, hernia issues), inflammatory autoimmune conditions, women's health, food allergies/intolerances, periods of hormonal change & hormone imbalances, thyroid issues, fatigue/energy issues, mental health concerns, stress and adrenal dysfunction, glucose control, neurodivergence, weight-loss/management, vegetarian and vegan diets, bone and heart health, plus recreational sports nutrition.
A special area of interest is working with children, teenagers and young adults and I lecture in Child Nutrition at the University of Worcester. My 19 years of experience also supports my work in supervising trainee nutritional therapists in their clinical training at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition.
I am a qualified Master Practitioner from the NCFED and this allows me to work supporting clients suffering or recovering from eating challenges or disordered eating, and to help everyone improve their connection with food in order to free themselves from the food noise to find confidence in nurturing themselves.
I’m passionate about empowering you with the knowledge and tools you need to take control of your health; a step that can profoundly improve the quality of your life.
Let’s begin with a free 15-minute telephone call to explore how this all works. This is a collaborative journey, and I’ll be by your side every step of the way to help you achieve your health goals.
