About me

I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Eating Psychology Coach, supporting women through perimenopause and midlife.

Many of the women I work with feel that their body has changed. They may experience stronger hunger, cravings, lower energy, changes in weight, or a growing sense of confusion around food.

Often, they have already tried eating less, cutting out foods or following increasingly strict plans. This can leave them feeling frustrated, disconnected from their body and unsure what to do next.

My approach combines evidence-based nutritional therapy with compassionate coaching.

Rather than offering another restrictive diet, I take time to understand your health history, lifestyle, eating patterns and individual needs. Together, we explore what may be influencing how you feel and create a practical plan that fits your life.

Our work may include meal structure, protein and fibre intake, blood sugar balance, digestive wellbeing, sleep, stress, movement and your relationship with food.

Where appropriate, I may also recommend nutritional or functional testing to help build a clearer picture of your health. Any recommendations are made within my professional scope, and I may suggest speaking with your GP or another healthcare professional where medical support is needed.

I have a particular interest in metabolic health, emotional eating, overeating and sustainable weight management.

Weight may be one reason you seek support, but our work is not based on shame, rigid rules or fighting your body. The focus is on improving your health, understanding your biology and building habits that feel realistic and sustainable.

I believe women need both practical nutritional guidance and compassion.

Knowledge without compassion can become another set of rules. Compassion without practical support may leave you feeling understood but still unsure what to do next.

My work brings both together.

Consultations are available in person in West Byfleet, Surrey, and online throughout the UK.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained in Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and completed my Eating Psychology Coach certification with the Institute for the Psychology of Eating in the USA.

I am a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and registered with the General Naturopathic Council.

My additional professional training includes:

  • Mastery in Women’s Health
  • DNA and nutrigenomics
  • Functional testing and personalised nutrition
  • Metabolic health and blood sugar regulation
  • Digestive health
  • Emotional eating, overeating and behaviour change
  • Mindfulness, positive psychology and self-compassion

I have around ten years of experience supporting women with their health, eating habits and relationship with food, including several years of clinical practice as a Nutritional Therapist.

I regularly complete continuing professional development to keep my knowledge current and ensure my work is informed by evolving research.

My approach combines clinical nutrition with compassionate coaching. This allows me to consider both the physiological factors that may influence wellbeing and the emotional and behavioural patterns that can make change more difficult.

Before becoming a Nutritional Therapist, I worked in corporate environments. This experience gave me an understanding of the pressures of busy professional and family life, and the importance of providing recommendations that are practical and realistic.

I provide nutritional therapy within my professional scope and work alongside GPs and other healthcare professionals where appropriate.
