About me
I am a nutritional therapist and I have graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. I am passionate about helping people on their path to a better health through nutrition and other lifestyle changes. I have been working as a Pilates and Ballet teacher since 2008 helping many clients to improve their health and as a nutritional therapist, I now have another means to help people on their journey. I take a holistic approach, looking at all the systems in the body and environmental influences and devise a personalised plan for every person to help optimise their health.

The ANP is a professional Association representing Naturopathic Therapists. They are internationally connected and in touch with the politics of health and the safeguarding of natural therapies.
