Supporting women’s menopause journey through diet and lifestyle.

Do you feel like you could go to sleep after lunch? Find yourself opening cupboards in the kitchen desperate to eat some sugar? Can’t fit into your clothes as your tummy has changed shape? Have thinning hair and brittle nails? Or constantly be battling with gut symptoms? From constipation to diarrhoea and reflux, and bloating that makes you look pregnant…

Please know you are not alone. Focused diet and lifestyle changes can help you feel like yourself again. You can support yourself, much more easily than you think, as well as future proof your health against other chronic diseases with a diet that works for you.

Please don’t spend thousands of pounds every year on supplements that might not help you, or spend hours on the internet listening to what has worked for other people.

Your menopause, your health, your symptoms, deserve individualised, practical, evidence based advice that will support you now and long into the future.

Areas that Jenny can help with include:

  • Weight loss - feeling better in your clothes and improving your self-esteem with weight loss.
  • Digestion - support with all aspects of digestion (bloating, constipation, reflux).
  • Improved gut health - supporting your immune system and reducing bloating.
  • Supporting sugar cravings - stabilising your body sugar levels to ensure you feel in control of your eating again.
  • Reducing the frequency and severity of hot flushes - evidence behind how diet can support these is building.
  • Helping to calm your nervous system - living in fight or flight constantly will not help menopause symptoms. Diet can help.
  • Overall - cutting out the noise that surrounds food. We are all bombarded by ways to support our health from recommendations from friends, targeted adverts and reels on socials. Cut through the noise and speak to someone who can support you, let the weight of food noise be lifted from your shoulders
