Nutritional Therapist & Pharmacist | MPharm, DipCNM
Warrington, Cheshire, WA4

About me

Are you struggling with bloating, bowel movement issues, hormonal changes, fatigue or ongoing stress? Perhaps you've been told that everything is "normal", yet you still don't feel like yourself. Or maybe you're finding that your energy, weight, sleep or overall wellbeing isn't what it used to be.

I'm Jazz, a Nutritional Therapist and Pharmacist with over 20 years' experience working in the NHS. I specialise in supporting women 35+ with gut health, hormonal wellbeing and stress-related symptoms, whilst also welcoming anyone looking to better understand their health and make positive, sustainable changes.

What makes my approach different is the combination of clinical pharmacy knowledge and nutritional therapy.

How I Can Help
I support clients with a range of health and wellbeing concerns, including:

  • Digestion & Gut Health: Bloating and gut discomfort, bowel movement irregularities, reflux.
  • Hormonal Health & Midlife Wellbeing: Perimenopause, mid-life hormonal changes. Monthly cycle-related concerns and wellbeing during midlife.
  • Stress, Energy & Wellbeing: Ongoing fatigue and low energy. Poor sleep and feeling overwhelmed. Stress-related symptoms. Nutrition and lifestyle support for clients experiencing low energy, difficulty focusing or ongoing stress.
  • Nutrition, Weight & Metabolic Health: Weight management and changes in metabolism.
Cravings and developing sustainable eating habits.
Supporting healthy habits without restrictive diets or a one-size-fits-all approach.

What Work With Me?

  • Clinical pharmacy + nutritional therapy – I bring over 20 years’ NHS clinical pharmacy experience alongside my training in nutritional therapy, giving me a unique perspective on your health.
  • Bigger-picture approach – Rather than focusing on one symptom in isolation, I consider your nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, medical history and medications to explore what may be contributing to how you feel.
  • Medication-aware and safety-conscious – My clinical pharmacy background means I understand medicines, potential interactions and the importance of considering supplements and dietary changes alongside your existing treatment.
  • Personalised, practical support – No one-size-fits-all plans or overwhelming lists of changes. We focus on realistic steps that work for your life, your priorities and your goals.
  • Ongoing support and accountability – I don't just give you a plan and send you on your way. Regular check-ins, food diary feedback and ongoing guidance help you stay on track and adapt as you progress.
  • Supportive and non-judgemental – Your health journey is unique. I listen, work at your pace and provide a safe space where you can be honest about what's working, what's not and what you find challenging.
  • Functional testing when appropriate – Where it could add useful insight. Where appropriate, I may recommend functional testing to provide additional information that can be considered alongside your health history, symptoms, diet and lifestyle.

Testimonials

"After years of struggling with bloating and bowel symptoms, Jazz helped me understand my body and make lasting changes. I’m now feeling better, confident, and in control of my health..."

“Would highly recommend. Fabulous service from a professional who knows their stuff!"

How I Work
My practice is primarily delivered online via Zoom, allowing me to support clients across the UK. I'm based in the Warrington and Cheshire area, and if you'd prefer to meet in person, I can arrange a local appointment for you. There is an additional charge for room hire for in-person consultations.

I offer structured support packages lasting between 6 weeks and 6 months, designed to provide the time and ongoing guidance needed to make sustainable changes.

We start with a free 30-minute Health Exploration Call. If we're a good fit, you'll complete a detailed health questionnaire and 7-day food diary before your initial consultation. Together, we'll explore your symptoms, health history, nutrition and lifestyle, look at the bigger picture and agree a personalised plan.

Where appropriate, I may recommend functional testing or targeted supplements to provide additional support and insight.

Your regular check-ins are an important part of the process. We'll review your progress, discuss changes in your symptoms and make adjustments to your plan as needed. Taking small, manageable steps over time can help you make lasting changes without feeling overwhelmed, while regular support and accountability help you stay on track.

Individual consultations and check-ins are also available in certain circumstances, although I generally recommend ongoing support for the best opportunity to make sustainable changes.

Training, qualifications & experience

I’m a qualified Pharmacist (MPharm) with over 20 years’ experience working in the NHS, alongside my training as a Nutritional Therapist. My pharmacy career has given me extensive clinical experience across areas including Medicines Information, medicines safety, antimicrobial stewardship and a range of hospital clinical settings.

I hold a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), Manchester, and am an Accredited Reflux Practitioner. I undertake ongoing professional development in nutritional therapy, functional testing, gut health, hormonal health and other areas relevant to my clients.

My clinical pharmacy background means I understand medicines, their effects and potential interactions with food and supplements. I also consider the impact that some medicines can have on nutrient absorption and nutrient status, particularly when they are taken long term. This is something that can easily be overlooked, but may be an important part of the bigger picture when considering your nutritional needs. My pharmacy knowledge allows me to take a careful, safety-conscious approach to nutrition and supplements alongside your existing medication and health conditions.

My approach is personalised, practical and evidence-informed. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all plans or overwhelming you with changes that don't fit your life. Instead, we work together to identify realistic steps that you can build into your everyday life.

Nutritional Therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Where symptoms require further medical investigation or treatment, I will recommend that you consult your GP or appropriate healthcare professional. My aim is to complement your existing healthcare, not replace it.
