About me
Are you tired of battling your skin, gut or hormones without real answers, and feeling like you've tried everything, without getting to the bottom of it?
I'm Bella, a BANT-registered nutritional therapist with over five years of clinical experience, specialising in skin health, digestive wellbeing and hormones. I help adults across the UK get to the root cause of persistent, frustrating symptoms, so they can feel genuinely well again, not just better managed.
My own experience of living with persistent breakouts and problems with my digestion, often being told my results were "normal", shapes everything about how I work. I understand how exhausting it is to not have answers, and I know how much difference the right, targeted support can make.
Many of my clients come to me having already tried elimination diets, supplements from the internet, or advice that was too generic to make a real difference. What they haven't had yet is a truly personalised approach - one that considers not just what they eat, but their stress, sleep, hormones, gut health and individual health history together.
My academic research explored the relationship between the gut microbiome and skin health, and this informs much of how I work, particularly with clients whose skin and digestion appear to be interconnected.
Where it genuinely adds clinical value, I use functional testing - including gut microbiome analysis, full blood work, hormone panels and DNA testing via Lifecode GX - to remove the guesswork and give your programme real precision.
Clients regularly describe feeling clearer, calmer and more energised within the first few weeks, alongside a better understanding of their own body and a healthier relationship with food.
If you'd like to explore whether nutritional therapy is right for you, book a free 20-minute discovery call, no obligation, just a relaxed conversation about where you are and how I might help.

Signature Support Programme
This is my core programme for clients who are ready to make meaningful, lasting change with proper support behind them. It's designed to do more than a one-off consultation ever could - giving us the time and structure to genuinely investigate what's going on, build a personalised plan, and refine it as your body responds.
What's included:
- Comprehensive initial consultation (75 minutes) covering your full health history, symptoms, diet, lifestyle, sleep, stress and relevant medical background
- 2 x follow-up consultations (45–50 minutes), approximately 3–4 weeks apart
- 2 x mid-point check-ins (20 minutes) - to review progress and keep momentum
- Your personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, updated throughout
- Supplement recommendations tailored to your needs and budget
- Functional testing interpretation where applicable
- Quick-fire email support between sessions
- Practical resources, recipe ideas and handouts
- GP or healthcare referral letters where appropriate
This isn't a template protocol handed to everyone. Every recommendation is built around your results, your lifestyle, and what is actually realistic for you to sustain.
Individual sessions (30 and 50 minutes) are available to existing clients following a programme.
