About me

Hi, I'm Holly.

I'm an MBANT Registered Nutritionist, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner & speaker and I'm passionate about helping conscientious and active women optimize their health and hormones, so that they can live their lives to the full (without burning out).

I know this section is about me, but I want to ask you something first...

For years, I felt the same: working, eating, moving and living in a way that was out of sync with my body. Fortunately, I developed natural and powerful ways to regain my health and true vitality and I want the same for you.

Thanks to the powers of the right nutrition and lifestyle, I was able to overcome the effects of burnout,  missing periods, brain fog and overwhelm. Now I use my knowledge and skills to help smart women struggling to slow down find a new, more powerful way to exist in the world.

Training, qualifications & experience

Holly is qualified with a distinction in Nutritional Therapy (PGDip). She is trained in the principles of Functional Medicine, Biomedicine and Human Sciences, achieving the award for Academic Excellence in Nutrition from the world-renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine.

She is registered with the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and regulated by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). A fully-qualified yoga instructor, Holly also holds an award-winning first-class Masters in English Literature from the University of Edinburgh.
