About me

Hi, I'm Holly.

I'm an MBANT Registered Nutritionist, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner & speaker and I'm passionate about helping conscientious and active women optimize their health and hormones, so that they can live their lives to the full (without burning out).

I know this section is about me, but I want to ask you something first...

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • I feel depleted of energy or rundown more than I’d like to admit
  • I often feel wired or overwhelmed
  • I struggle to switch off and I rarely say "no"
  • My periods are missing or all over the place
  • I have a history of irritable gut issues
  • I feel like I’m constantly “doing” but somehow not reaching my full potential
  • I don’t have the time or head space to figure out a better way
  • Some days, it’s simply hard being me!

If you said yes to any of these, you are not alone.
For years, I felt the same: working, eating, moving and living in a way that was out of sync with my body. Fortunately, I developed natural and powerful ways to regain my health and true vitality and I want the same for you.

Thanks to the powers of the right nutrition and lifestyle, I was able to overcome the effects of burnout,  missing periods, brain fog and overwhelm. Now I use my knowledge and skills to help smart women struggling to slow down find a new, more powerful way to exist in the world.

I typically work with women experiencing a range of issues, including:

  • Low energy
  • Overwhelm & psychological stress
  • Brain fog & mood issues
  • Emotional eating & orthorexia
  • Hypothalamic amenorrhoea (missing periods) & irregular periods
  • PMS & perimenopause
  • Irritable gut issues
  • Thyroid problems
  • And more...

Here's what some of my clients have to say:

Adrianna said,

“I first came to work with Holly because I wanted to understand how I could better support my body and overall health. I was experiencing very irregular periods and having been a vegan for a few years, I was left depleted of energy, suffering from poor sleep, constantly rundown and experienced perpetual colds. I felt lackluster for life.

I knew that I needed Holly’s support in understanding the bigger picture of what was going on for my body.

Holly’s approach is compassionate and nourishing. She weaves her knowledge effortlessly in and taught me so much about how I could support my health.

Through working with Holly, I have connected to my energy and vitality, which has allowed me to tap into my creative essence personally as a woman and in my business.

In a matter of months, Holly helped me rebuild a strong immune system, regulate my sleep patterns and my periods, which have now found their own natural rhythm for the last 5 cycles.

Holly’s support has exceeded any expectations I had. I feel a real passion for life and have lived one of my most creative years yet.

If you have a knowing that there has to be a better way of living, and actually thriving as a vibrant woman, I really recommend working with Holly. She not only gives you the tools that you need to feel like the powerful, vibrant and creative woman that you are, but makes you feel loved and safe from the moment you meet.

You will be in safe, loving hands when you choose to work with Holly Dunn”.

“Working with Holly was a life changing experience. You learn so much about how your food choices can impact your health and well-being.

Before I went to see Holly, I was experiencing a number of hormone imbalances, PMS and overwhelm. I was worried that I would need to drastically change my diet for things to change.

Through working together, my TSH levels have gone down by almost half, my restless leg syndrome has eased considerably and I feel more positive about my nutritional choices after learning more about certain types of foods. I now feel more in sync with my body and so much better about my overall health.

Holly is so kind, knowledgeable and very supportive! During our sessions we worked together to draw a plan and find solutions to every little detail and concern I had. Her down to earth approach and the fact that she bases all her recommendations on science-backed facts made me feel at ease to talk and confident about the results I was seeking - and I got them! Moreover, she makes our life easy with the protocols and links to buy supplements right after each session. I felt valued and supported throughout the treatment and I couldn't recommend her enough!”

Katie said,

“Before working with Holly, I was struggling with low energy, burnout and mood issues that were impacting my life both at work and at home. I struggled to get through the week and then spend the weekend recuperating.

Through working with Holly, I feel so much calmer and I've regained my energy levels and positivity. I'm now much more conscious of healthy food options and snacks and I now exercise regularly again!

Holly is lovely and encouraging and full of such useful information and advice. I really enjoyed the boost I got from Holly’s positive and supportive coaching sessions with great advice and tips. Holly's thoroughness and professionalism in both her reports and coaching advice is fantastic. I would recommend Holly 100%!”

Sarah said,

"Before working with Holly, I was struggling with lack of sleep, stress and my diet.

Through working with Holly, I’ve been able to improve my gut health, my diet, reduce sugar cravings and I now enjoy better sleep and less stress. The experience has also helped me manage my perimenopause symptoms without the need for medication, leaving me feeling happier, healthier and less stressed.

I would rate Holly 10/10. She is great to work with and takes time to really understand your needs and wants. Non-judgemental, she sets realistic programmes that are easy to stick to because it is not big sweeping changes in one go. Her knowledge of the science in relation to health and nutrition gives you the assurance to put your trust in her".

Alice said,

“Holly made me feel at ease straight away. Very thorough in her investigations and clear in her advice, she goes above and beyond with her recommendations, as well as checking in post-consultation. We had a laugh and that makes all the difference for me. I would recommend her without a doubt for her breadth of knowledge, and genuine care and interest in helping her clients get better. Five stars all the way!”

Kirtie said,

“Holly’s advice was amazingly tailored to my lifestyle and the habits suggested were practical and realistic for me to integrate into my life, making a huge difference to it!

Holly is lovely! She is a genuinely lovely, caring, thoughtful person – very considerate of what works for you personally – and her advice comes out of a foundation of knowledge. She makes it her mission to understand and is very considerate of you personally and what will work for you. You will definitely learn better how to care for wellbeing!”

Sammy said,

"She is an absolute star, invest in yourself and listen to her guidance, it will change your life for the better".

Katherine said,

“Before working with Holly, I was struggling with low energy, mood swings and weight management. I was also worried that moving away from fasting would make me gain more weight and lose control of my eating habits.

Through working with Holly, I steadily lost weight and experienced much more stability around my mood and food. I now find it so much easier to deal with hunger, I have more stable moods, less stress around food and a better quality of life. I would rate Holly 10/10!”

Murtiah said,

"Holly is incredibly friendly and warm – she is able to connect beautifully on a human level. So professional, she was able to get to the issues quickly and make necessary recommendations. She really knows her stuff! I recommend her 100%!"

I combine a wealth of knowledge in nutritional science, functional medicine and yoga with my personal and professional experience – into a simple plan that really works for you, your life and your schedule.

I’m here to teach you the right way forward for you so that you can become the best version of yourself – even if you’re out of time and energy.

Knowing what nutrients and foods support your lifestyle, work demands and hormones can help you make informed and intuitive choices which your body will love and respond to with more energy, mood-balancing, performance-enhancing and brain power than you thought possible.

Understanding when and how to eat is just as important. It will help to reassure your adrenals, metabolism and biochemical cycles, helping to switch your body back into a fat- burning but energy-conserving safe mode.

I put these ingredients together with some essentially supporting tools to reassure, nurture and restore your body systems and overcooked hormones back to brilliance giving you all the energy and vitality you need for life.
