Menopause Nutritionist

About me

I help professional menopausal women STOP career disrupting symptoms and START feeling normal again.

If brain fog, fatigue, sleep disruption, low mood, hot flushes and weight gain are impacting your career and ability to live your life as you used to, my 12-week private nutrition coaching programme is for you.

Based on taking a full and detailed health history,  we work together to find the underlying causes of your symptoms and create a completely personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, that fits around your lifestyle, likes and dislikes, to help you to feel better and regain control of your life.

I am a BANT and CNHC registered Nutritional Therapist running a private clinic for professional menopausal women. My advice is science-based and totally customised to you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained at the widely recognised and long-established Institute for Optimum Nutrition and am registered with BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
