About me

I am BANT registered Nutritional Therapist and passionate about supporting women looking for relief from menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, brain fog, weight gain, disrupted sleep, anxiety, depression and lack of energy.

My advice is completely personalised and science-based and is based on taking a full and detailed health history. We work together to create a plan of action to fit around your lifestyle, enabling you to take control of your health and well-being naturally through diet and lifestyle changes.

I also support people struggling with chronic health conditions such as IBS and those diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes who are not sure what foods can help them manage their symptoms.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained at the widely recognised and long-established Institute for Optimum Nutrition and am registered with BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
