About me
I'm a qualified nutritional therapist (DipNT, mANP) and founder of Rooted & Wild, a functional nutrition practice built around the belief that ageing shouldn't mean slowing down. I work with people who want to stay active, adventurous, and energised — but whose bodies aren't quite keeping up.
Maybe that's the fatigue that no amount of sleep fixes, hormonal changes throwing everything off balance, or gut issues that have quietly become "just normal." I use evidence-based functional nutrition to find the root cause — not just manage symptoms — and build a plan that fits your real life. I have a particular interest in women's nutrition, the link between nutrition and neurodiversity, and gut health as a foundation for overall wellbeing.
Outside the clinic, you'll find me outdoors — horse riding, walking, foraging, gardening — and that connection to the natural world shapes everything about how I approach food and health.
