About me

Hi, I'm Hannah and I'm a Registered Health Coach and Naturopathic Nutritionist based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

If you are fed up with yo-yo diets which never work in the long term and are feeling overwhelmed and confused by all the dietary options out there, I'd love to help you find a more sustainable, healthy way to lose weight and feel like your best self again.

My areas of interest are:

  • healthy weight loss
  • healthy ageing and longevity
  • mood disorders

The approach I take is to take tailored-to-you dietary recommendations and traditional, naturopathic methods backed up by science and combine them with effective health coaching tools to get you the best results, whether that's weight loss, more energy and mental clarity or illness prevention.

We are all unique and as a health coach, it is my job to find out who works best for you and keep you motivated and on track with habit change, trouble shoot where needed and to work with you to get you to your health goals without causing more overwhelm.

Interested in booking a free session with me?

If you would like to see if we'd be a good fit to work together on your weight loss journey, I warmly invite you to book a complimentary, no-obligation, 30-minute session to discuss your needs.

We will discuss your goals and current situation and see if any of my packages can help you.  If you decide to go ahead, we will see each other (in-person or remotely) every week or fortnight for the duration of the programme.

I  offer a range of specific length packages, from 12 weeks to six months.

I find that clients who work with me over a period of a couple of months have much better results than those who have a single or 2 sessions.

A programme of at least 12 weeks means that we can work together at your pace and bring in new habits over time that fit in with your life and other commitments. It avoids the overwhelm that can happen if I was to send you off after just one session with a long list of changes to make.

Visit my website, or let's arrange your free call to answer any questions.

Recent Testimonial

“Before I started working with Hannah, I felt overwhelmed, unhappy and sluggish. I was stressed out and eating lots of sugar and processed carbs and had no rhythm to my eating and day. 10 weeks on and I now have control over my eating, I’ve broken my sugar habit and no longer have crashes in my energy and mood. I have lost weight, dropped a dress size and importantly feel more confident and with better sleep and improved diet I feel as good as I did in my early 30s. I’ve learnt so much about nutrition and behaviour and thanks to Hannah, I’ve completely changed the way I think about food.”

Training, qualifications & experience

I am registered health coach with the UK Health Coaches Association, a member of the Federation of Nutritional Therapists and the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners.

I have studied and trained with a number of different establishments over the last 12 years, including the School of Modern Naturopathy, the College of Natural Medicine (CNM), Precision Nutrition, the Academy of Beauty Nutrition and the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. In addition to working 1-1 with nutrition clients, I have loved working as a nutritional chef for individuals, families, companies and retreats over the last 10 years, as well as conducting group and corporate workshops.

On a personal note, I love yoga, walking my dog Bean out in nature, reading magazines or cookbooks next to the fire in winter and outside in the garden in summer.

“2021 started really badly for me, having contracted a virus just before Christmas 2020. The virus badly affected my left eye, but also left me feeling really listless with no energy or enthusiasm to face everyday life. Chats with Hannah six months later changed all of this. Together we sorted out a coaching plan to address all the issues resulting from the virus. Over time, we also targeted fitness levels, which are much improved now, weight loss (time-restricted eating has been a revelation), and a plan to improve my immune system generally. I can happily report that, thanks to Hannah, 2022 has started in such a positive manner and, with her guidance, I am so confident this will continue throughout the year. " C. Everett, Cambs, UK
