About me

I believe everyone deserves to be healthy! Obstacles like high stress, poor sleep, bad digestion, or low energy don’t have to hold you back. let's work together to help you achieve a balanced, vibrant life.

My program isn’t about restrictions or meal plans; it’s about discovering a lifestyle that truly fits your needs. By tuning in to your body and making choices that help you feel your best—energised, well-rested, and balanced—these habits will naturally become part of your everyday life.

The goal is to create a sustainable approach to health that feels effortless and enjoyable, not something you have to force or struggle to maintain. By building a deeper connection with your body and embracing a lifestyle that works for you, you’ll find that these positive habits become second nature.

I specialise in supporting the gut microbiome as a key driver of health, the gut-brain connection and its influence on physical and mental health are fundamental to my practice. Hippocrates said 'All disease starts in the gut', which often gets forgotten in our busy lives.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified and registered nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition, holding a Master’s degree in clinical nutrition. In addition, I am a qualified nurse with 18 years of experience working in the NHS, supporting people with various health issues.

I have carried out additional training in menopause support and the role of food for hormone-balancing support.

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
