About me

Feel Better, Stronger, and More Like YOU again. I believe everyone deserves to feel healthy, energised, and confident, no matter what life throws your way.

Whether you're battling low energy, weight that won’t shift, hormonal ups and downs, or navigating life's many ups and downs, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Let’s work together to create a balanced, healthy life that works for you.

My approach isn’t about restrictive meal plans or quick fixes - it’s about understanding your body, your hormones, and your unique needs. We’ll focus on real food, better energy, improved digestion, and finding a rhythm that helps you feel lighter, stronger, and more balanced. The goal? Long-term, sustainable habits that feel easy and natural, not something you have to struggle to maintain.

After my second child, I experienced hormonal imbalances that left me exhausted, disconnected from my body, and unsure how to get back to feeling like myself. That journey taught me how powerful the right nutrition and lifestyle can be, not just for energy, but for mood, metabolism, and feeling truly well.

Now, I’m passionate about helping others on their own journey - whether that’s managing weight, supporting hormones, or finding balance through perimenopause and beyond.

Let’s find your way back to feeling great - one step at a time.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified and registered nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition, holding a Master’s degree in clinical nutrition. In addition, I am a qualified nurse with 18 years of experience working in the NHS, supporting people with various health issues.

I have carried out additional training in menopause support and the role of food for hormone-balancing support.

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
