Hi, I’m Hannah. I work with busy women who would love to transform their health so that they feel energised, radiant, and their weight feels just right for them. I also work with corporate clients.

- I have a thriving virtual practice so I am able to work with you wherever you are based.
- DipION - Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition - I graduated with distinction.
- I am a member of BANT (British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) and a registered practitioner with the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council)
- I am a certified Health Coach.
- BSc Hons Food Science and Marketing.
- I was the Nutritionist at Champneys Health Spa in Tring.
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT)
The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

ONE TO ONE CONSULTATIONS:
I know from experience that the best way to help my clients get the results that they want is to work with them over a period of time (usually 3 months or longer). My programmes work because I explain the nutritional science simply and clearly so that its easy to understand why certain recommendations are important. Programmes give my clients the time and space to work at their own pace introducing changes into their life. My programmes also include health coaching which allow my clients find their own solutions to the barriers and challenges that they come up against – this way they are much more likely to work for them long term!
Because I am so passionate about my clients achieving the results they deserve, I only work in programmes...... that is I dont offer one off consultations. If you are looking for longer terms support I am the therapist for you.

When I work
I operate a virtual clinic. Most of my consultations take place on Zoom although I am also able to offerTelephone consultations.
I went to see Hannah as I had been suffering from a long-term health issue which I hoped a change in diet may help. Throughout a number of appointments, Hannah explained how eating the right foods and supplementing my diet may help my symptoms.
