Hi, I'm Gillian, a Registered Dietitian and Mindset Coach with over 16 years of experience. I help clients to improve their health and get the results they deserve.

I offer tailored advice to lose weight, meet protein and energy needs and prevent deficiencies. I provide practical advice and meal planning support to make long-term habit changes realistic and achievable.

I help clients to navigate side effects and symptoms. Mindset work is another essential component of the programme to help you achieve long term weight maintenance.
