About me

I am a HCPC-registered dietitian providing evidence-based nutrition support tailored to individual needs, preferences, and health goals.

I work with adults to explore their relationship with food, support sustainable dietary changes, and improve confidence around eating through practical, realistic guidance. My approach is collaborative and person-centred, recognising that nutrition advice should fit into everyday life rather than feel restrictive or overwhelming.

I offer support across a range of areas, including general healthy eating, weight management, digestive health, and nutrition for long-term health conditions, using current scientific evidence and professional clinical experience to inform my practice.

Sessions provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where clients can develop skills and understanding to make informed choices about their nutrition and wellbeing.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a Master’s degree in Dietetics from Queen Margaret University, where I completed clinical training across a range of healthcare settings.

I have two years of experience working as a dietitian within the National Health Service, supporting individuals with a variety of nutritional needs and health conditions. Alongside my NHS role, I have also worked in private practice for the past year, providing personalised nutrition support tailored to clients’ individual goals, preferences, and lifestyles. My combined experience across both public healthcare and private settings informs a practical, evidence-based approach focused on realistic and sustainable dietary change.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

I provide nutrition support in a compassionate, non-judgemental environment, recognising that each person’s relationship with food and health is unique. I offer appointments online, allowing flexible and accessible support, and where appropriate, I can work collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure joined-up care. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals with general healthy eating, weight management, digestive health, and long-term health conditions, using current scientific evidence alongside clinical experience to guide my practice.
