About me
Hi, I’m Emma Whitcroft, a qualified and registered clinical nutritionist specialising in digestive health.
I support adults experiencing bloating, digestive discomfort, food sensitivities, and ongoing gut-related symptoms. My work focuses on helping you understand what may be driving your symptoms and creating personalised, realistic strategies that restore comfort, confidence, and balance.
I take a root-cause approach, combining evidence-based nutrition with practical lifestyle support. Rather than extreme or restrictive methods, I provide guidance that is sustainable, tailored, and designed to fit your life.
There is no judgement — only supportive, collaborative care. Your plan is built around you, and may include nutrition guidance, targeted supplementation where appropriate, and helpful resources such as meal ideas, recipes, and educational materials.
I offer a discovery call where we can discuss your health concerns, goals, and whether my approach feels like the right fit for you. I’ll also explain how I can support you.
My Story
I’ve always loved food, but my perspective changed as I began to see how modern lifestyles and convenience eating were affecting not just health, but how people feel day to day.
This curiosity, together with a personal commitment to improving my own wellbeing, led me to study Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. My training gave me a strong grounding in the science of the body and an evidence-based framework for supporting health through nutrition.
What began as a personal interest grew into a genuine passion. I now specialise in digestive health, helping clients understand their symptoms, rebuild confidence with food, and feel more at ease in their bodies.

Testimonials
Before working with Emma, I was struggling with bloating, pain and urgent bowel movements. I was feeling really stuck and wanted to start feeling better. I had tried many things already with very little success. I decided to look for some support and came across Emma. It was really helpful to have a chat with her before starting the plan and I immediately felt comfortable talking to Emma about my symptoms and felt like this was the beginning of my gut healing journey. She was so supportive all the way through the process, always answering any questions I had and altering my plan as we went along. I felt like I was listened to and the plans she provided were very holistic, covering lifestyle habits, diet and stress management. It was amazing to see everything start to come together and I was noticing a reduction in symptoms, having more regular bowel movements and a lot less pain. I began to trust in my body more and feel like my quality of life has improved as I now have more confidence and calmness around my gut and digestion. If there is anyone who is thinking about working with Emma, I would really recommend that they move forward with her as it is one of the best decisions I have made. Even in our last call, I felt confident moving forward independently to support my gut and prevent my symptoms from returning.

I’m so grateful to Emma for her knowledgeable advice and support. I had just been diagnosed with a blood sugar condition and have problematic gut symptoms such as cramps and bloating, so knew that it was time to improve my health. Emma was great at helping me to understand what was going on in my body and how food and lifestyle would impact it. She made suggestions that were doable with my current lifestyle and through her explanations I was able to understand how stress plays its part in contributing to my conditions. She helped me to follow some simple techniques to feel calmer and now I am only part way through her 12-week plan but feel healthier than I have for years. I would recommend taking a health package with Emma, I can assure you that it will be worth it.

Emma has changed my life! After many years of constant itching as well as problems with being backed up since childhood, Emma was able to come up with suggestions on how to reverse these debilitating ailments. She has been incredibly supportive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. My day-to-day well-being has improved enormously. So glad I took this step to meet up with her. I would recommend Emma to anyone needing a more holistic approach where perhaps other interventions have not been successful.

“In the space of a just few weeks I noticed a considerable improvement in my autoimmune skin condition. Previously inflamed areas became ‘inactive’ and no longer itchy and other areas cleared up completely. I am delighted that a condition I have had for several decades has so much improved, and in turn, boosted my wellbeing. I will continue with the diets, supplements and cream Emma has suggested.”
