About me

Does your child refuse most vegetables? Seem to live for beige snacks? Constantly ask for sweet foods? Or have mealtimes become something you dread?

Perhaps you're lying awake wondering if they're getting the nutrients they need, feeling guilty that you've somehow "got it wrong", or overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice about feeding children.

If that sounds familiar, you're not alone.

Whether you're worried about toddler picky eating, sugar, nutrients, food variety or simply want to stop second-guessing every meal, I'm here to help you find calm, clarity and confidence.

I help parents of toddlers, children and pre-teens move from worry, frustration and mealtime battles to feeling confident about how to support their child's eating.

Together, we'll make sense of what's happening, understand why your child is eating the way they are, and create practical, realistic strategies that work for your child, your family and your everyday life.

My approach is warm, evidence-based and completely judgement-free. I won't ask you to cook everything from scratch, ban foods or follow restrictive food rules. Instead, I'll help you build a positive relationship with food for your child while supporting their nutrition in a way that feels realistic and achievable.

I'm a Registered Nutritionist (BSc Nutrition) with over 20 years' experience in nutrition, education and child development. My career has included working in the food industry and nutrition research, gaining a PGCE in Primary Education, teaching in Early Years and Key Stage 1, raising my own children, and working as both a parent nutrition coach and nursery educator.

This combination of professional knowledge from both the nutrition world and in early years education, alongside real-life parenting experience gives me a unique understanding of not only what children need nutritionally, but also how they learn, develop and build lifelong eating habits. This means I can offer support that's both evidence-based and practical for everyday family life.

Many parents tell me they leave our sessions feeling relieved, reassured and confident because they finally have a clear, personalised plan that makes sense for their family.

Often families begin with my Let's Get Them Nourished consultation – a focused 60-minute session designed to provide personalised advice, practical next steps and follow-up support. If you would benefit from more ongoing support, we can discuss further options together, but there is never any obligation.

Whether you're worried about toddler picky eating, sugar, nutrients, food variety or simply want to stop second-guessing every meal, I'm here to help you find calm, clarity and confidence.
