Hi, I'm Emilia! I have a special interest in nutrition for skin conditions.
My goal is to help you achieve clear skin. I understand how much skin conditions can hold you back & affect your self-esteem and that shouldn’t be something you just have to accept and live with.
We can work together to really dig deep into your health story and look for any underlying imbalances, infections or deficiencies that could be contributing to your symptoms. It's important to note that to achieve lasting skin results, we need to take a holistic approach - looking at skincare, lifestyle, nutrition and mental wellbeing. I will often refer over to other practitioners such as therapists and facialists to offer more support in these areas.
Before we work together, I want you to know that taking a holistic approach to your health isn’t a quick fix. It takes time, consistency and persistence. It’s not always linear and you will have good and bad days, and that’s fine. I am here to keep you on track, listen to you and motivate you to keep going.
Training, qualifications & experience
I studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine for three years where I completed 200 hours of clinical practice to achieve my Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. I am now currently studying with the Institute of Functional Medicine to expand my knowledge further.
I am a full member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and registered with CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).
Being a member of BANT, I am required to keep up with all the latest research in nutritional therapy, through completing at least 30 hours of webinars, conferences and courses.

Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
