I work within professional boundaries and will always explain if I feel I am do have the suitable clinical experience to advise on particular medical conditions.

A healthy balanced diet is achievable on all budgets, nutrition expertise does not need to be expensive and I try to keep my prices as low as possible.

I provide one to one advice and support for many medical conditions, digestive discomfort and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). I am fully accredited to deliver FODMAP and can support you with first line IBS recommendations that can often help before FODMAP is needed.

I provide weight management support and advice and tailor my approach to a weight loss plan, individual to each client. I also educate around the general principles of healthy eating to fit individual circumstances.
