Elizabeth McCabe Fully Qualified Registered Dietitian
A healthy balanced diet is achievable on all budgets and nutrition expertise does not need to be expensive. I keep my prices low as I don't believe nutrition advice needs to be made complicated. .
I provide one to one advice and support for many medical conditions, digestive discomfort and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). I am fully accredited to deliver FODMAP advice. However, many of my patients find improvements in symptoms without the need to exclude FODMAPS. I can support you with first line IBS recommendations that can often help, before this is needed. Equally, if these first line approaches do not help, I can support you with FODMAP too.
I provide weight management support and advice and like to tailor my approach to a weight loss plan, individual to each client. I also educate around the general principles of healthy eating to fit your circumstances.
I am a HCPC registered dietitian (BSC Hons Dietetics), which means I am fully regulated by a governing body. I can guide you with up-to-date information that is purely evidence based. This means, it has undergone rigorous evaluation and scientific studies.
I have a passion for food, good health and promoting evidenced based healthy eating advice. Oh and I love food too! I can help you achieve/improve your personal wellness! My aim is to support you through this journey of achievement, to improve your symptoms and your nutritional status. In many cases, I can help you with one or just a few appointments.
Due to COVID-19, I prefer to deliver my appointments by telephone. I have found this to be more reliable, giving us time to focus on you rather than temperamental technology. If you prefer video consultations, this can also be arranged.
