About me
Hello! Hola! I'm a Registered Nutritionist specialising in Public Health.
I know how hard it can be to let go of the idea that you need to look a certain way and believe that if you just follow that "next diet" things will change. I know how disempowering and damaging it can be to be constantly thinking about this.
My approach centres on the freedom and health benefits you gain when you learn to nourish your body according to your specific needs and circumstances. For example, meeting nutritional requirements at a certain life stage, achieving hormonal balance, a stronger heart and immune system, etc.
It doesn't mean going on a "diet" or concentrating on weight loss as the main outcome. Instead, I draw from everyday personal experience to help you improve your eating habits, health and lifestyle in the long term, taking into account your unique nutritional needs, personal history, lifestage, and readiness for change. I will help you to stop seeing certain foods as "good or bad" and find a way to eat (and enjoy!) what your body needs in order to thrive.
I funded Whole and Some Nutrition as I found a gap in the type of advice and recommendations women still receive regarding weight management, healthy eating, and how they should be eating at certain life stages. I focus on solutions that work for you in the long run by applying scientific theory, evidence and my skills as a nutritionist in a practical way.

info Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
Fees
£65.00 per session
Additional information
I conduct an initial evaluation on the first appointment to co-develop a nutritional and well-being plan for you to implement in the next month or so. This is reviewed and changed accordingly at every follow up appointment to meet your nutritional goals.
I work at pace with you seeking to introduce a few steps and/or changes at every consultation. This is proven to be more effective in the long term than introducing them all at once.
