Hi, I’m Ekaterina- a Registered Dietitian and a Personal Trainer specialising in women’s health, blood glucose balance, gut health and sustainable weight confidence.

I help women who feel out of control with their energy, digestion, or weight finally understand what their bodies are telling them and build a calm, confident relationship with food again.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

  • Adjusting Your Plan: Based on your feedback and progress, we’ll make any necessary adjustments to your nutrition plan to keep you on track.
  • Further Nutritional Guidance: I’ll provide more advice on areas where extra education/support is needed 
  • Addressing New Concerns: If any new health issues or questions have come up since our last session, we’ll talk through them.
  • Motivational Support: I’ll offer encouragement and practical tips to help you maintain your new healthy habits in the long term.
  • Setting New Goals when required: We’ll refine your goals to ensure they stay aligned with your evolving needs and keep you moving towards your desired outcomes.
