About me
Supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
Hi, I’m Ekaterina- a Registered Dietitian and a Personal Trainer specialising in women’s health, blood glucose balance, gut health and sustainable weight confidence.
I help women who feel out of control with their energy, digestion, or weight finally understand what their bodies are telling them and build a calm, confident relationship with food again.
You’re gaining weight during menopause and don’t understand why or how to stop it.
You’re struggling with bloating, constipation, or unpredictable digestion and want to feel comfortable again.
You’re tired of feeling tired, foggy, and frustrated with your body.
Does this sound like you?
If this resonates, you’re not alone, and there’s a way forward. Together, we’ll create a tailored, evidence-based plan that supports your hormones, digestion, and overall well-being, so you can feel in sync with your body again.
Over the years, I’ve supported clients from toddlers to 60+, but my true passion lies in helping midlife women who feel like their bodies have changed overnight - the energy dips, stubborn weight gain, gut discomfort, and sleepless nights that seem to come out of nowhere.
I understand how confusing and frustrating this stage can feel. You are doing “everything right” yet still not feeling like yourself. That’s why my mission is simple:
To help you understand what’s really happening in your body and give you the tools to thrive, not just cope.
My approach is:
- Non-restrictive
- Root-cause focused
- Fully personalised to your lifestyle
Because I believe that:
- Food should feel like nourishment, not a source of stress.
- Your symptoms are real and deserve to be addressed, not dismissed.
- With the right strategy, it is possible to feel lighter, clearer, and more energised again.
