Hello, my name is Ekaterina and I am a passionate, HCPC-registered Dietitian and certified Personal Trainer committed to empowering individuals to achieve their health goals through tailored nutritional guidance and physical activity.
My experience spans a wide range of patient groups, including geriatrics, paediatrics, weight management, diabetes, and post-surgical recovery. This diverse background has been shaped through my work in both the NHS and the private sector, allowing me to develop a well-rounded approach to nutrition and care tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
I have a specialized focus on women's health, with particular expertise in areas such as pregnancy, menopause, PCOS, and endometriosis. I am deeply committed to supporting women through various stages of life, providing evidence-based nutritional guidance to promote overall well-being and hormonal balance.
My approach integrates personalised, practical guidance to help clients achieve sustainable health outcomes tailored to their unique needs, avoiding rigid diet plans in favour of balanced, achievable lifestyle changes.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

Following the initial consultation, a comprehensive dietetic assessment and detailed report can be provided if further guidance is required. This report includes a full dietetic analysis of your current dietary habits, alongside a clear summary of your health goals. It offers personalised nutrition recommendations tailored to your individual needs, highlighting key areas for improvement and providing expert advice to support your long-term health and well-being.
