Are you on a mission to improve your nutrition and feel better? Do you feel confused about where to start or what information to trust? As a HCPC registered dietitian my goal is to guide and support you to make the right dietary choices to optimise your health & wellbeing.
I am on a mission to make nutrition information accessible, understandable and practical for you and your individual lifestyle. I like to implement behaviour change and motivational techniques into my consultations to help you overcome the challenges associated with making dietary change. I take a friendly and supportive approach, guiding you to make sustainable changes that will last.

I have experience working as a clinical NHS dietitian (specialist weight management) as well as a freelance dietitian. I have a strong background in nutrition research (PhD) and base all my clinical work on the most up to date research available.

Member organisations

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

I offer 1:1 consultations online (video) or via telephone.
We will assess your individual needs during the discovery call and make decisions regarding consultation needs based on this.
