About us
I’m a qualified Clinical Nutritionist working with the health and wellbeing of children and young people. My work is rooted in evidence-based practice, with a strong focus on supporting physical health, mental wellbeing, and healthy eating behaviours in early life and adolescence.
With a background in education and over a decade of experience working with children in various settings, I understand how nutrition plays a vital role in development, cognition, behaviour, and emotional resilience.
