I am a fully registered Nutritional Therapist offering 1 to 1 personalised nutrition consultations in east London and online. I have a special interest in musculoskeletal health, due to my own personal experience of a lifelong condition.
My goal is to empower clients to take control of their health and get to the bottom of their health demons with evidence-based nutritional support and practical tools to help make positive changes towards optimal health. I am also passionate about making nutrition more accessible for those with life challenges and limited time.

Training, qualifications & experience
My qualification is in Naturopathic Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and I am registered with the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy
The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
Accredited register membership
Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
If you have been diagnosed or suspect you may have this medical condition, you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.
A 90 minute initial consultation costs £105 and includes a comprehensive health assessment of your symptoms and medical history. You will then receive a personalised nutrition plan, which includes dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendations as well as recipes, handouts and a shopping list. The plan is tailored to individual needs, taking lifestyle and budget into consideration.
Discounted appointment packages are available if further support is needed. Packages also include phone/email support in between appointments and are therefore recommended for maintaining progress and motivation.
Starter package £170: 1 initial consultation + 1 follow-up + a check-in call
3 month package £245: 1 initial consultation + 2 follow-ups + weekly email contact
6 month package £470: 1 initial consultation + 5 follow-ups + weekly email contact
