About me

I'm Dina, a registered Nutritional Therapist offering personalised nutrition programmes in Hackney Wick, east London, and worldwide online.

If you want to get to the root of your mysterious symptoms, manage your weight without depriving yourself or feel more energised to do the things you love, I provide 1:1 consultations and personalised plans with a 360 comprehensive approach to help you get to the root of your symptoms and achieve your health goals.

Through tailored nutrition, I support clients with healthy weight loss, prenatal and hormonal health, bowel and bladder health, musculoskeletal conditions and more.

I am also a qualified Nutrigenomics practitioner, which means I am trained to provide DNA testing, analysis and highly personalised plans based on your genetics, taking the guesswork out of your health.

I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients and aim to make nutrition accessible, inclusive and achievable for everybody. Nutrition plans are designed to work around your busy lifestyle, ability, food culture and body type.

I use a thorough process of analysis, combined with practical solutions and evidence-based nutritional science for maximum results.

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.

A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

BANT
British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT)

The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.

There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.

All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.

Packages

I offer 3 packages with varying levels of support:

The Starter Package £325 includes an initial + follow-up consultation to help you get started on your health journey.

The 12 week Signature package £595 includes an initial + 2 follow-up consultations and a personalised meal plan, plus check-in calls in between appointments. This is a supported package to help you get to the root of your symptoms and keep you motivated. This is recommended for most health goals as it takes around 12 weeks to form new dietary and lifestyle habits.

​The Ultimate package £1195 includes everything from the Signature package, plus 3 online personalised exercise sessions and DNA test package.

DNA testing & analysis £595-895 includes genetic testing, analysis and a personalised nutrition plan based on your unique genetic makeup.

​For those with limited budget, other services are available such as:

Power hour £150 to discuss your diet or a specific area of your health.
Personalised Meal Plan £95 includes 7 days of bespoke recipes.
Vitamin D testing £80 includes home test kit and supplement plan.

What to expect

Before your first consultation, you will be sent a health questionnaire and a 3-day food diary to complete. The consultation will involve a comprehensive assessment of your current symptoms, medical history, diet and lifestyle. I use a thorough process of analysis to identify potential imbalances and formulate an achievable and effective plan. After the consultation, your plan will be sent to you by email within 5 working days. This will include:

  • Personalised dietary and lifestyle suggestions
  • Recipes and nutritional factsheets
  • Supplement recommendations
  • Laboratory test recommendations (if required)

​Follow-up consultations are recommended 4-6 weeks after your first consultation. We will review your symptoms and any test results, monitor progress and challenges, and adjust the plan accordingly.
