I am passionate about food and its healing power, and believe that even a small change in one's diet can make a huge difference to their feeling of health and vitality. My nutritional approach is about helping your body get the nutrients it needs to function more effectively and helping you understand how your current diet and lifestyle may be contributing to your health concerns.
I also think healthy nutritious food should also be full of flavour and easy to cook, so I use my nutritional knowledge and my flair for delicious food to run workshops in my home or in a corporate setting where I discuss a nutrition related topic and demonstrate recipes and eat a delicious meal.
If you would like to book a private workshop for a group of 4 to 8 people, please contact Claire on 07710125063. Subjects include Hormone Balance, Detox, Weight Loss, Healthy Eating, Food for Energy.
