About me

Hi, I'm Christelle, and I truly believe that everyone deserves good health and that the body can heal itself and as such, I help people who have forgotten the feeling of being well, reclaim their health in a stress-free way. As a Nutritional Therapist, I can help address the root cause for your symptoms and move you towards optimum health.

Using my scientific knowledge and a Functional Medicine approach, I help you understand the connection between the root cause of your symptoms and your unique biochemistry, physiology, genetics and lifestyle. I focus on preventative healthcare, the optimisation of physical and mental health and chronic health conditions.

Maybe you have forgotten what being well feels like, or do you remember when you:

  • had more energy
  • could think clearly
  • felt less stressed
  • slept better
  • did not have crazy hormones
  • had beautiful skin
  • were happy with your weight
  • did not have achy joints
  • did not have frequent infections or colds

How frustrating is it when you think you have tried everything to feel better but nothing has worked so far? I have been there too. I understand that sometimes you need someone who will listen properly to your concerns and help you make sense of what could be happening in your body before you can actually achieve your health goals.

I empower my clients with nutrition education and work with them as a team to design highly personalised programmes with achievable dietary and lifestyle recommendations. So please do not put up with feeling rubbish anymore and make yourself a priority! I can help you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I graduated with distinction as a Nutritional Therapist from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, one of the most respected training bodies in nutrition in Europe.

I am a member of British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I also continue to further my knowledge through Continuing Professional Development (CPD) education.

As well as Nutritional Therapy, I am a Metabolic Balance® coach and have integrated this service into my practice. Metabolic Balance® uses laboratory testing to determine specific blood markers to enable the development of highly personalised and effective nutrition plans for weight loss.
